Our newest division is the Foreign Recruitment division of Ethicorps. Recognizing the need to look beyond the local candidate market to meet the needs of our Client facilities, we have identified experienced Partners who offer immigration expertise.

Ethicorps engages foreign recruits and walks them through each phase of the credentialing/licensing process with the goal of obtaining licensure and a position in the United States. Ethicorps identifies the steps taken previously, and those that remain, and develops a plan of action to secure placement of the clinician at a US facility. In many cases, the credentialing process is paid for by the hiring facility; however, in some cases the fees are expected to be covered by the nurse. Ethicorps evaluates the situation of each candidate to identify the potential for either option.

In addition to assistance with credentialing/licensing, Ethicorps offers access to an experienced Immigration attorney to facilitate Visa processing and evaluation. This partner will walk the nurse through the immigration process ensuring reasonable expectations are set for timelines and results.
